If you teach, train, or facilitate — this program was built for you.

The Nevalliance Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification Program gives you the skills, structure, and hands-on practice to deliver training that engages, inspires, and gets real results, no matter your industry, your audience, or your setting. This program is practical, fast-paced, and results-oriented — and from the moment you walk in, everything you experience is a live model of exactly what great training looks like.

Whether you're an organization developing your internal training team, or an independent consultant building and certifying your own programs, TTT will leave your participants praising your training, and have you stepping into every room with authority.

Program Format:
3 Days | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Daily | In-Person
Monthly Open-Enrollment Cohorts | Florida
Corporate Group Enrollment Available

Day 1 — Instructional Design Fundamentals: Build Training That Works

Great training doesn't start in the room — it starts on the page. On Day 1, you'll master the art and science of designing training that actually lands. You'll learn how adults absorb, retain, and apply new information — and how to build your content around those principles from the start.

You'll leave Day 1 knowing how to:

  • Identify clear, measurable learning objectives that drive real outcomes

  • Structure a training program with a logical, engaging flow

  • Select the right content, activities, and methods for your specific audience

  • Apply adult learning theory (andragogy) to everything you design

  • Avoid the most common design mistakes that cause learners to disengage

  • Adapt your design for both in-person and virtual delivery

This is the foundation everything else is built on — and it will change the way you approach every training you create from this day forward.

Day 2 — Facilitation & Delivery Skills: Own the Room

Knowing your content is not enough. On Day 2, you'll develop the presence, confidence, and technique to deliver training that commands attention and drives participation — from the first icebreaker to the final action plan.

Day 2 is a full-immersion, learn-by-doing experience. You'll practice in real time, receive live coaching from Dr. Neva, and see yourself on video so you can identify exactly what to sharpen.

You'll leave Day 2 knowing how to:

  • Facilitate with energy, authenticity, and executive presence

  • Use creative facilitation techniques that keep any audience engaged

  • Manage group dynamics, difficult participants, and unexpected moments

  • Transition seamlessly through every stage of a training session

  • Deliver compelling training with or without PowerPoint

  • Facilitate effectively both in person and virtually

You'll deliver a mock training sequence, receive immediate feedback from Dr. Neva and your peers, and review your video playback — so you leave not just informed, but genuinely ready.

Day 3 — Assessment, Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Measure, Refine, and Grow

The best trainers don't just deliver — they evaluate, refine, and continuously improve. On Day 3, you'll learn how to measure the effectiveness of your training, give and receive meaningful feedback, and build a practice of continuous growth into everything you do.

You'll also put it all together. Using what you've learned across all three days, you'll build or refine an actual training program — for your organization, your clients, or your own consulting portfolio — and leave with something finished and ready to use.

You'll leave Day 3 knowing how to:

  • Apply proven evaluation models to measure training impact

  • Design assessments that reveal whether learning actually occurred

  • Give feedback that develops others without deflating them

  • Use participant feedback to sharpen every future delivery

  • Build a training program from concept to completion

  • Present your program with confidence and professionalism

What You'll Receive

  • A complete Instructional Design framework you keep and reuse

Why Nevalliance TTT?

There is no shortage of Train the Trainer programs out there. What sets Nevalliance apart is the caliber of experience you bring into the room, and what you walk out with.

Dr. Neva Alexander, EdD is a corporate training consultant, TEDx speaker, published author, and international presenter with engagements at the United Nations, Harvard University, Dubai, and New Delhi. She has spent decades helping organizations and individuals elevate the way they train, communicate, and lead, and she brings that same depth of expertise into every TTT cohort.

This is not a lecture. This is not a slide deck you sit through and forget. The Nevalliance TTT Certification Program is a hands-on, high-touch experience where you practice, get coached, see yourself on video, and leave with real deliverables, not just a certificate to hang on the wall.

Every cohort is intentionally small so that every participant gets individualized attention, honest feedback, and the space to grow. You will be challenged. You will be supported. And you will leave a better trainer than when you walked in.

When organizations trust us with their people, and when consultants trust us with their careers, we take that seriously. Your success in the room is our reputation, and we protect it fiercely.
