Cancellation & Future Retreat Credit Policy We understand that life is unpredictable, and while your presence is deeply valued, we also want to provide flexibility and support should your plans change. Please review our updated cancellation policy for the International Women’s Leadership Retreat: If You Cancel 30 Days or More Before the Retreat A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from your payment. The remaining 75% can be applied as credit toward any future International Women’s Leadership Retreat within 12 months. If You Cancel 7 to 29 Days Before the Retreat A 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% will be credited to a future retreat of your choice (within 12 months). If You Cancel Less Than 7 Days Before the Retreat The payment is non-refundable due to pre-arranged commitments. However, you will still receive full credit toward a future retreat within 12 months. Flexibility for Your Future Regards of the of the cancellation window, we honor your investment by offering a transferable retreat credit. If you're unable to attend this experience, your payment can always be applied to a future Nevalliance retreat within one year. Important Notes * Cancellations must be made in writing via email. * Travel insurance is recommended for added protection. * Credit must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.
