Going Into 2026 With a Plan

As we prepare to step into 2026, one principle remains constant: progress requires intention. A plan gives direction to vision, focus to ambition, and structure to growth.
While some believe goals can be set at any time, and they can, the beginning of a new year remains a powerful moment of reflection and renewal for many. It is a season when clarity meets commitment and strategy begins to take shape.
At Nevalliance and the Nevalliance Foundation, we believe in leading with purpose, and that includes being transparent about our plans as we move forward.
Our 2026 Signature Experiences
Since 2017, we have proudly hosted the International Women’s Conference at Hofstra University, an experience rooted in leadership, global dialogue, and impact. In 2026, we continue this legacy on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
In May 2026, we will host the Women’s Wealth Summit, creating space for conversations around financial strategy, economic empowerment, and sustainable success.
And in August 2026, we will bring together entrepreneurs and community leaders for our Black Business Month Mixer, celebrating innovation, collaboration, and economic resilience.
These experiences reflect the core of what we do: educate, empower, and engage.
Leadership and Skill-Building With Intention
Beyond our signature events, skill-building remains central to our work.
In April and September 2026, we will host two cohorts of Leadership for Entrepreneurs™, a business development mentorship program infused with practical leadership skills. This experience is designed for entrepreneurs who are ready to sharpen decision-making, strengthen execution, and grow their businesses with clarity and confidence.
In addition, we continue to seek opportunities to train and educate employees across organizations and industries, recognizing that leadership skills are valuable at every level, not only in titles, but in everyday practice.
The Power of Planning, and Adjusting
We share our plan not simply to inform, but to encourage you to create one of your own.
Have a plan. Do your best to honor it. And be wise enough to adjust when necessary.
A plan that is not working should not be followed blindly. Adjustments are not failures, they are signs of self-awareness, intelligence, and strategic maturity. Staying committed to something that no longer serves you simply for the sake of consistency is not always healthy or productive.
Be thoughtful. Be intentional. Be smart about how your plans impact your business, your career, and your well-being.
A Season of Reflection
As we enter the holiday season, this is a meaningful time to pause, reflect, and think intentionally about the year ahead.
From all of us at Nevalliance and the Nevalliance Foundation, I wish you a joyful holiday season, continued clarity, and a purposeful close to the year.
Here’s to moving into 2026 with intention, confidence, and a plan.
